為因應行政院個人資料保護法，圖資處不會以任何理由或任何方式主動要求您提供密碼，且無法為您做任何的密碼查詢；若您有無法登入之情形，除帳號有異常狀況需另行排除外，圖資處只能建請您修改密碼，如造成您的不便請多包涵，並感謝您的配合辦理，謝謝。
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Executive Yuan, the Office of Library and Information Services will never proactively request your password for any reason or by any means, nor can we retrieve or look up your password for you. If you encounter a login failure, the Office can only advise you to change your password, unless there are account anomalies that require separate troubleshooting.
